Terms & Conditions for Sales Executives
Please read these terms carefully before applying as a sales executive for VocaLink Enterprise. By registering and submitting your security deposit, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
1. Nature of the Relationship
The appointment of a Sales Executive constitutes an independent contractor engagement, not an employer-employee relationship. Executives are empowered to promote and sell company memberships within their officially assigned geographic boundaries in Uttar Pradesh. No fixed salary or statutory employment benefits are implied unless explicitly provided under a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility & Application Honesty
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, hold valid Indian citizenship, possess a valid Aadhaar/identity document, and provide an active 10-digit mobile number linked to their identity. Providing misleading, forged, or third-party details is grounds for immediate termination and blacklisting across all company databases.
3. Security Deposit & Refund
Each applicant is required to pay a one-time refundable security deposit of ₹499 via UPI and submit the 12-digit UTR for human bank reconciliation. As stipulated in our Refund Policy, this deposit is 100% refundable upon referring one (1) new sales executive who completes verification and receives admin approval.
4. Territory Jurisdiction & Code of Conduct
Executives are granted authorization to represent VocaLink Enterprise strictly within their assigned district, block, or village in Uttar Pradesh. Cross-border poaching, deceptive representations about guaranteed investment yields, unauthorized discount offerings, and mischaracterization of membership packages are strictly prohibited.
5. Collection of Funds & Daily Remittance
All subscription dues collected from members in cash or digital formats must be promptly credited to the company account or recorded with deposit slips within 24 hours of collection. Withholding customer subscription fees constitutes criminal breach of trust under applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code.
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All marketing collaterals, member databases, training guides, and portal software remain the proprietary property of VocaLink Enterprise. Executives may not export, sell, or disclose member information to any unauthorized third party.
7. Suspension & Termination
VocaLink Enterprise reserves the unilateral right to suspend or deactivate any Agent ID immediately if the executive engages in fraud, submits fictitious UTR entries, breaches customer trust, or violates territorial boundaries.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
